General provisions

1. The Data Controller is N Fun Yachting Sp. z o.o., ul. Żurawia 5, 11-500 Wilkasy (Giżycko) Poland, VAT  PL 8451987254.
2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions and is stored on secure servers.
3. For the purposes of interpretation, terms are used as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by the term “You”, “Controller” by the term – “We”.
5. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
6. Personal data provided in enquiry forms, order forms, contact forms, contact fields on the website are treated as confidential and remain invisible to unauthorised persons.

 

Data Controller and Data Processing

1. The Service Provider is the Data Controller of its customers. If you have an account on our website, have registered for our newsletter and/or have given optional consents visible when providing your data, we process your data such as: a) name, surname; b) e-mail address, telephone number; c) position, place of work; d) IP address; e) physical address (postal code, city, street name); f) identification data of your business/company/entity.
2. The Service Provider is also the Data Controller of the persons subscribed via the contact form.

Personal data shall be processed: a) in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data; b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy; c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping of the content of the contract, amendment or termination thereof and proper performance of the services, sale of products, provided electronically; d) to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing shall not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
4. Every data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

1. The website www.nfunyacht.com uses Cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. 4. The data collected is only used internally by N Fun Yachting Sp. z o.o. to optimise operations.
5. The tools we use do not allow us to determine your exact identity. Data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. Depending on the category of data and the purpose for which we process data, most Cookies will disappear after 24 oraz 12 months or immediately upon request. At any time, the User has the right to access his/her data and may request that it be deleted or change the purpose for which the data is and is to be processed.
7. Our website uses Cookies for the following purposes.
   Marketing, i.e. using cookies used to track users on websites. Such tracking helps to display advertisements that are relevant and interesting to individual Users, and thus more valuable to third-party publishers and advertisers.
